• There are 3 incubation facilities in our company. These facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art machines featuring early warning alarm systems.

  We use the state-of-the-art technology machines used in the world in our incubation facility and we constantly integrate our new machines into operation.

  In June 2022, we integrated 12 new setter machines into operation as a part of our growth strategy.

Orallar incubators have an annual egg setting capacity of 129.7 million eggs.

109 million broiler chicks are produced annually in the incubation units and these products are delivered to both domestic and international customers.

Hatching eggs are transported to the hatchery facilities in Ayaş, Kandıra and Mudurnu in temperature controlled vehicles, observing hygienic rules.

• In line with our quality policy and customer satisfaction philosophy, eggs are sorted by flock type and placed in the setter machines. They remain in the advanced computer-controlled setter machines for 18 days and in the hatching machines for 3 days.

• After the 21-day incubation period, the chicks hatched from the eggs undergo the necessary sorting and vaccination procedures followed by a health check by veterinarians and delivered to the customers with our temperature controller day-old trucks.

• All stages are managed electronically and monitored 24/7 with computer-controlled machines.
