Controlled access for facilities and vehicles
Production farms have secured perimeters and controlled entry points. Vehicles entering the farm are taken through a disinfection unit by authorized personnel before accessing production areas.
We integrate biosecurity throughout our production operations through controlled facility access, personnel hygiene, veterinary supervision, laboratory testing, and technology-enabled production processes.
Entry to and exit from our production farms are strictly controlled. Vehicles pass through disinfection barriers, while personnel follow footwear-changing, showering, and farm-clothing procedures before entering.
Flock health is monitored through veterinary supervision, vaccination programs, and serological and bacteriological testing. Production data is recorded to support traceability and continuous improvement.
Vehicles pass through a disinfection station at the farm entrance.
Footwear changes, showers, and farm-specific clothing are required.
Flocks are monitored under the supervision of a designated veterinarian.
Serological and bacteriological tests are carried out regularly.
Production and flock data are recorded regularly.

Contact between the outside environment and production areas is carefully limited at personnel entrances. Staff change their footwear, shower in designated facilities, and put on farm-specific clothing before entering production areas.
Every facility is supervised and monitored by a veterinarian. Vaccination programs are documented, and litter and blood samples are sent to accredited laboratories under the Serological and Bacteriological Monitoring Programs to monitor flock health.
Production facilities use automated hen and rooster feeding systems, automatic nests, egg conveyor systems, automated egg setters, and poultry-house ventilation systems. In rearing facilities, temperature, ventilation, and lighting are managed through control systems.
Daily, weekly, monthly, and end-of-cycle data are documented at production farms using instructions and forms within the Quality Management System. Flock performance is regularly monitored against Ross 308 and Aviagen standards.
From vehicle and personnel entry to veterinary supervision, laboratory analysis, automation, and recordkeeping, these complementary measures extend Orallar’s approach to biosecurity across the entire production process.
From controlled entry and veterinary supervision to laboratory testing, automation, and performance records, we treat biosecurity as an integral part of our production system.
