The Beginning

Breeder rearing

Our breeder flocks are raised in controlled environmental conditions, following feeding programs and regular data monitoring throughout their development. Body weight, growth, flock uniformity and health indicators are monitored continuously.

Transition to Production

Production phase

Pullets are transferred to production farms at approximately 18–20 weeks of age. Production begins at around 24–25 weeks. Feed, water, body weight and egg production data are recorded.

Selection and Inspection

Hatching egg selection

Collected eggs are visually inspected one by one to ensure they meet hatching egg standards. Eggs that do not meet the requirements are removed at this stage.

Before Incubation

Controlled storage

Hatching eggs are promptly moved to the storage area. The temperature is first lowered to 20–21°C. The eggs are then kept under controlled storage conditions at 16–18°C.
